Menu Monday (on Tuesday)

I haven't done a Menu Money in a couple of weeks and I've decided not to do them weekly. I just don't make enough new recipes to do them every week and Im' sure people don't want to see the same recipes over and over and over.

Because lets not kid ourselves, it's not normal to eat enchaladas and chicken spaghetti as much as we do, BUT I JUST CAN'T HELP MYSELF.

So here are some yummy new meals we've had recently.

Please don't judge me on my picture taking skillz.

Crockpot Meals:

This was extremely yummy and of course so easy cause you just throw it all in the crock pot.

It was Wednesday and I needed something easy to make to eat when we got home from church. had all the ingredients EXCEPT Taco Seasoning. I remembered seeing a taco seasoning recipe on pinterest so I found it and mixed some together. It turned out great!

Taco seasoning ingredients:

My picture is awful but these really were sooo good. We combined them with baked potatoes and corn on the cob from the grill. It was a great summer meal.

Non-Crockpot Meals

The moment I saw this recipe I knew I wanted to make it. I really don't have anything to add to this description other than do yourself a favor and make this chicken recipe. Today.

I didn't have time to take a picture so I borrowed this one from the original source. Why didn't I have time to take a picture? Because we were too busy devouring this pasta. Even Eli was a HUGE fan. It is the perfect mix of mexican along with Italian. We served this with a veggie (probably broccoli) and bread
