Buffalo Chicken Dip

There are two things I absolutely love.

Well obviously I love a lot of things, but for the sake of this post there are two.

Cheese and Dips.

I loooove cheese. My love for cheese goes deep and wide. In fact I don't think I've ever met a cheese I didn't like.

I try and go to all events at workjust because there is a chance there might be cheese there.

True story.

I also love dips. most nights I could just eat chips and dip for dinner but that doesn't really fly with Luke.

When I first started selling Scentsy one thing I LOVED about going to parties was to see what type of food people fixed.

I had a friend host a party and she fixed this delicious dip called Buffalo Chicken Dip.

I fell in love and got the recipe immediately.

I then fixed it at my mom's scetnsy party. Lindsey and Jane came and fell in love with it also and said I must blog it.

And that was about a month ago. I kept forgetting

But here is the delicious recipe. Lindsey reminded me of it today and I started craving it and knew that I must have it for dinner.

The Ingredients
(I wanted to fix a little bit for myself tonight so I only did half of the recipe)

2 cans of chicken (10 oz) I understand that canned chicken grosses some people out. It doesn't gross me out. Use whatever chicken you want
2 cream cheese (10 oz) I usually use the box kind but they were all out tonight.
1 cup of ranch
3/4 cups of Frank's red sauce
1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese

Put chicken and Frank's Red Sauce in a pot on stove, heat up, then mix in cream cheese, let it melt all the way and then add ranch dressing. Mix together completely, lastly add cheese, let it melt.

Then you serve it with your favorite chips. So yummy

It looks a little weird but I promise it is SUPER delicious!!

  1. That looks SOOOOO good, and if it weren't completely illegal to leave my children at home sleeping while I went out to get the ingredients to this delicious looking dip - I would be doing that RIGHT NOW. Instead I am going to wait until tomorrow when they are at school! CAN'T WAIT!

  2. Yum!!! Another great dip to add to my collection. One of my faves is a can of chili with a brick of cream cheese... Warm and stir on the stovetop and dip, dip, dip away! :)

  12. Have you ever did a chicken cheeseball? Oh good heavens...it is addicting! I think it's 1 can chicken, 1 or 2 blockS cream cheese, and a packet of ranch dressing mix. Mix it up together, and roll it into a ball. Eat it with wheat thins! IT IS AMAZING!

This is being added to my list. But um, I am going to have to actually cook some chicken. Canned chicken skeeves me out!

  22. I love Frank's hot sauce! I've made a dip by putting chicken breast in the crockpot with a stick of butter & then adding Frank's to the shredded chicken. Its delish.
