Jumping Through the Weekend

This weekend was another beautiful weekend! I just love all these great weekends!

Friday night Luke and I went and saw the movie Baby Mama. It was funny. You should go see it. We also managed to eat a large bag of popcorn and drink two Route 44 cokes. We are disgusting. We were both tempted to go take advantage of the free refill offer the theater gives you when you buy a large popcorn, but we didn't admit it to each other until after we left the theater or we probably would have finished off another bag of popcorn! Thank goodness for feeling shameful!

Saturday we went and found presents for our mothers to give them on Mothers Day.

Sunday we headed to the town of my family and had a great day of hanging out and visiting with the fam. It was such a great day that we spent most of it outside. At one point Luke disappeared (not unusual, he is usually in his own world). I went to the side of the house and found him jumping on the trampoline. So Haley and I decided this a good idea and decided to join him: Here are some pics from that event:

Let the jumping fun begin!

More jumping fun. Luke kept trying to 'double bounce' me. This terrified me as a child when all the neighborhood kids would do it to me -and apparently still scares me. Haley is laughing at me in this picture. I don't look that far up, but when you are in the air it feels a lot higher!

This is Haley and I waiting to take a picture with Luke

This is me CLEARLY growing impatient with Luke, and asking him to please stand up for the picture. He said this picture is the story of his life. I don't know what he means by that.

This is me attempting to do a 'back drop' I promise I used to be able to do one in my younger years.

So much fun! Luke looks like he is doing a little dance in this picture. Not sure what that is about.

All in all it was a great weekend! It was a great way to spend Mothers Day. Happy Mothers Day Mom. I love you!

  1. Double bounce sounds scary. Tell Luke that you are fragile.

  2. Undoubtedly, you two take the most hilarious pictures. I realize that I say that all the time. Sorry, but it's true!

  3. Um, I love you.
I jumped on a trampoline thing awhile back and landed on my head when doing my front flip.

Have you figured out how to make cool blogs yet? I'm tired of the layouts they offer.

  4. ya'll need to come over to

    I love blogging from there!

  5. so yes, i can still do a back jump and a but buster remember those! I love being double bounced but I really love stealing a double bounce from someone.

  6. there may be more similarities between luke and dale than I originally thought.

Hey! I think we're gonna be passing through OK City/Edmond on Memorial Day weekend. Will you guys be around? We'd love to grab lunch or dinner with you.
